Cathrin Stickney

Cathrin Stickney is a distinguished entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy for gender equity in business. As the Founder and CEO of PARiTA and Parity.Org, Cathrin plays a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, as a Venture Partner at Zetta Venture Partners, Cathrin contributes to the venture capital landscape. Academic involvement includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at New York University and holding positions such as Director of the McGovern Leadership Board at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT, along with participation in the MIT Campaign Leadership Council. Cathrin holds a Master of Health Administration in Health Management & Policy from the University of Southern California, earned from 1993 to 1995.
