Andrew Speirs has extensive experience in finance and operations management. Andrew began their career at Kwik Save Supermarkets as a Store Manager, where they oversaw a store with an annual turnover of £2.5 million and managed a team of 20 staff members. Andrew then moved on to Living Stone Paving as an Administration Manager, where they helped produce and supply limestone landscaping products.

In 2006, Speirs joined Geosoft Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing finances and leading strategic projects globally. Andrew also worked as a Management Accountant, leading various financial initiatives and acting as the primary interface between different departments and global offices.

Currently, Speirs is working at Zetta as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, they are responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all finance activities of the company. Andrew provides leadership to the finance team, oversees risk management and vendor management, and plays a crucial role in business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Prior to being CFO, Speirs served as the General Manager of Finance and Operations at Zetta, where they provided accurate and comprehensive financial reporting to the business and the board.

Andrew Speirs has an extensive education history. Andrew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management Science from the University of Strathclyde in 1990. Andrew then pursued a Master of Accounting degree at Curtin University from 2007 to 2012. Andrew completed the CPA Australia Program and received the Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) designation in 2015. Andrew also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, which they earned from 2019 to 2022. In 2023, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors to complete the Company Director's Course. Additionally, Andrew has obtained several certifications including Apply First Aid from St John Ambulance Australia in 2023, and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia in 2022. In 2013, they completed a course called History of Rock, Part One through Coursera. Andrew was also awarded the Fellow designation from the Governance Institute of Australia in 2023 and the Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant designation from CPA Australia in 2015.
