Lakshmi Sudha Duraiswamy

Lakshmi Sudha Duraiswamy is an experienced security engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Lakshmi Sudha began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineer at Arkin Systems Pvt Ltd, where they designed and developed an Optometry Project for Ocuco, Ireland. In 1999, they joined Working Machines Corporation as a Software Engineer and designed and implemented a warehouse management system for IBP/Tyson Foods. In 2006, they moved to Ingrian Networks as a Server Engineer and worked on core DataSecure server components, adding features for supporting Cryptography, Key Management and Clustering. Lakshmi Sudha also worked on FIPS 140 Level 2 certification of this product. In 2008, Ingrian Networks was acquired by SafeNet and Lakshmi was promoted to Principal Software Engineer. In this role, they designed and developed Key Management features in KeySecure product line, working on KMIP protocol implementation and HSM integration. In 2014, Lakshmi joined Oracle America, Inc as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where they enhanced security features on Oracle Database in the areas of Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Key Management. In 2020, they joined Zettaset as a Principal Security Engineer.

Lakshmi Sudha Duraiswamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Kongu Engineering College, Bharathiyar University between 1994 and 1998.
