Prashant Pandey

Prashant Pandey has extensive work experience in the finance and corporate sector. Prashant is currently the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury at ZETWERK since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Srei as the Senior Vice President, where they were responsible for strategic initiatives, investor relations, M&A, and fund raising from December 2017 to June 2021. Before joining Srei, they held senior roles at Centrum India, starting as Vice President in January 2014 and later promoted to Senior Vice President in March 2016, and at Singhi Advisors as AVP - Investment Banking from March 2011 to December 2013. Prashant also has experience working in Group Corporate Finance at Reliance Capital from June 2008 to March 2011, as an Equity Research Analyst at AIG in 2007, and as an Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Group from July 2005 to June 2006.

Prashant Pandey completed their Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, between 2001 and 2005. Prashant then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Strategy & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2006 to 2008.
