Tanya Hayden

Tanya Hayden is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at Zevra Therapeutics since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tanya held multiple key positions at Acer Therapeutics Inc., including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Program & Strategic Alliance Management, from June 2021 to February 2024. At Lonza, from April 2018 to June 2021, Tanya led Operational Excellence at Lonza Bend and was the Director of Value Chain Management. Tanya's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Capsugel and Vice President of Manufacturing at Bend Research, where oversight of GMP clinical manufacturing activities was a primary responsibility. Tanya earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Gonzaga University between 1997 and 2001.
