Andjela Drobnjak

Andjela Drobnjak currently serves as a Training and Development Expert at ZF Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Andjela accumulated extensive experience at Dr. Oetker from April 2012 to November 2023, holding various positions including HR Business Partner, HR Learning & Development Officer, HR Officer, HR Administrator, and Administrative - Technical Associate. In these roles, Andjela contributed to employee development planning, training execution, recruitment processes, and HR project participation, while also managing analytics and reporting. Andjela holds a degree in Economics from Fakultet za ekonomiju i inženjerski menadžment.
