Axel Strotbek

Axel Strotbek currently serves as the Chairperson of the Board at Codasip since June 2023. Strotbek has extensive advisory and leadership experience, holding positions such as Member of the Board of Advisors at FEV Group and Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company since 2019. Strotbek is also a Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee Chair at ZF Group and previously led BORGERS Group as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board until January 2023. From 2007 to 2017, Strotbek was a Member of the Management Board at AUDI AG and served as Executive Vice President Finance for both Volkswagen Group China and Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH prior. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Dipl. Wirt. Ing. from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, along with executive coaching certifications from Bossert Academy.
