Chris Debondt has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions in reputable companies such as ZF Group, WABCO, Faurecia, and HFS-Zeitarbeit Koeln GmbH. With a background in Bachelor of Business Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Chris has managed staffing services, led HR functions, and spearheaded talent sourcing and career development efforts throughout their career. Currently serving as the HRVP of ZF Aftermarket Division & Region India, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of human resources.
