Elam Parithi Balasubramanian

Elam Parithi Balasubramanian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in autonomous mobility systems, currently serving as a Business Development Manager and Program Manager at ZF Group since May 2018. Balasubramanian has a strong background in project and program management, technical leadership, and the development of advanced algorithms and systems for autonomous driving. Prior roles include Lead Architect and Architect for software and system developments, achieving significant advancements in machine learning and sensor fusion. Earlier career positions include machine learning and sensor fusion engineering at Autoliv, as well as research in autonomous driving and computational engineering. Elam holds a Master's in Automotive Engineering Technology, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business Management and Leadership.
