Ellen Zhang

Ellen Zhang is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and operational excellence within the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Asia Manufacturing at ZF Group since July 2019, Ellen Zhang is a key member of ZF's Asia Leadership Team and Global Production Executive Group. Previous roles include Global Executive Director at Tenneco, overseeing manufacturing operations excellence, and AP Director of Operation/Enterprise Transformation at Ingersoll Rand. Ellen Zhang's career spans several prominent companies, including United Technologies, Fedders Corporation, Kulicke & Soffa, and C-MAC Electronics Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed strategy deployment, operational improvements, and supply chain management across multiple manufacturing plants in Asia. Ellen Zhang holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Instrument Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
