Haitham Abd

Haitham Abd is a Senior IT Network Analyst at ZF Group since March 2020, responsible for the installation and upgrade of Cisco, Juniper, and Verti Avocent devices, as well as optimizing networks across seven sites and resolving tier 2/3 tickets. Prior experience includes serving as a Desktop Systems Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, where management of $250,000 in hardware/software assets and support of Active Directory, VMware, and Cisco occurred. Haitham also worked as an IT Support Specialist with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and US Coalition Forces, providing remote and on-site support for hardware/software and network issues while configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches. Haitham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Al Mustansiriya University, completed in 2007, and furthered education through training at New Horizons Computer Learning Center and Global Information Technology.
