Howard Chen is a seasoned professional in the commercial vehicle aftermarket sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. At ZF Group, Howard serves as the Director and Head of Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket APAC, focusing on P&L growth and portfolio expansion, while also holding a global business leader position with the goal of developing a business exceeding 1 billion euros by 2030. Prior to this, Howard held significant roles at Schaeffler, WABCO, SKF GmbH, and Atlas Copco China, overseeing product management, strategic development, and market analysis in the automotive and heavy truck segments. Howard possesses a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Donghua University.
