Jason Paauwe

Jason Paauwe serves as the Vice President of Key Accounts and Head of Trailer Sales for North America at ZF Group, holding full P&L responsibility for the Trailer OEM Business since June 2020. Prior to this role, Jason was the Director of Sales and Strategy, focusing on developing product strategies and leveraging industry trends. Jason has substantial experience in key account leadership, previously working at WABCO North America and WABCO as a Key Account Leader for Trailer OEMs. Additional experience includes roles as Fleet Sales Manager at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. and Regional Sales Manager at TQL, where significant revenue was generated. Jason is an alumnus of the University of Michigan and Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
