Mike Carbone

Mike Carbone, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, currently serves as the Compensation Leader for the Americas at ZF Group, a position held since January 2018, where responsibility includes overseeing global initiatives to enhance business outcomes. Previously, Mike worked as a Compensation Business Partner at Cisco, engaging in strategic HR collaborations to design compensation programs. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compensation at Compuware, where incentive compensation plans were developed, and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner role at Sprint Nextel, focusing on various HR functions. Earlier positions include HR Business Partner at Kmart Corporation and Business Relations Analyst at Electronic Data Systems, emphasizing strategic HR needs and customer service. Mike holds an M.S.A. in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in Public Administration and Communications from Oakland University.
