Srinivas Palla

Srinivas Palla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and project management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at ZF Group since March 2019, Srinivas has held various leadership roles, including Project Team Lead and Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at Cyient and Project Leader at Tech Mahindra, where Srinivas led high-impact marketing and manufacturing projects and conducted Lean Six Sigma training. Earlier roles include Team Leader and Sr Engineer at Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), where project execution and DFR leadership were key responsibilities. Srinivas began the career at BHEL as an Assistant Engineer and contributed to design automation projects at Idola Fori Ltd. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Andhra Polytechnic.
