William Nance

William Nance is a strategic and results-driven leader with over 12 years of progressive experience in various technical and management roles. They began their career as a Senior Research Laboratory Technician at the University of Michigan, where they managed laboratory functions and pioneered analytical techniques. Following this, William held various positions at Takata, including Product Specialist and Program Manager, leading engineering development and coordinating safety system activities for General Motors. Currently, they serve as the Director of the West Coast Office for ZF Lifetec, overseeing customer account management and cross-functional leadership in sales, program management, engineering, and quality. William holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University, where they graduated with high honors.
