Astrid Bakker

Astrid Bakker has extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare, currently serving as Team Leader at Zorggroep Amsterdam Oost since August 2015. Prior positions include Team Leader at HilverZorg and Evean, and Head of Care at Zonnehuisgroep Amstelland. Astrid began their career as a locatie manager and groepsleidster at Stichting Philadelphia Zorg, and worked as a home care assistant for multiple disabilities at Senioren Zorg Plan. Astrid's educational background includes various programs in Verpleging en Verzorging and a Bachelor's degree in HBO-J from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Further education has been pursued at institutions such as the University of Amsterdam and HAN University of Applied Sciences.
