Marley Martin serves as the Gifts and Relationships Officer at ZGiRLS since June 2022, advocating for a world where girls and women can thrive without limitations. Previous roles include Acting Assistant Manager and Brand Associate at Athleta, as well as a Senior Social Media Specialist at Seattle Web Search. Additional experience encompasses a Merchandise Cast Member position at Walt Disney World, a Cashier role at Target, and a Sandwich Partner at The Homegrown Group. Marley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing from Western Governors University.

Founded by Olympic and NCAA athletes, ZGiRLS has helped thousands of girls across the country build confidence, self-esteem, and mental resilience through group-based mentorship, summer camps, and parental support. Girls today continue to struggle with peer pressure, suffer depression and anxiety, and engage in at-risk behaviors at alarming rates. At the same time, women today continue to battle gender inequality and bump up against the glass ceiling. ZGiRLS supports the mental well being of girls at their most vulnerable ages, 11-14 years old. Confidence and self-esteem are the antidote to the problem. Confidence isn't something that we can just "wish" for the next generation of girls... Building self-confidence takes mentorship, mental skills, inspiration, experience, perspective, and role models. ZGiRLS provides girls the perfect combination of guidance and self-exploration: - THE POWER OF ZGiRLS MENTORSHIP: ZGiRLS Mentors are female athletes, typically collegiate to professional level, and they guide participants through interactive lessons, so girls walk away not only with new mental skills, but also a role model and supporter. - CURRICULUM: The ZGiRLS Curriculum™ covers topics ranging from positive self-talk and body image, to goal-setting and stress management. - PARENT SUPPORT: For the people who spend the most time with girls, ZGIRLS is committed to providing robust resources to parents to continue supporting their confidence journey. We invite girls (transgender and cisgender) as well as non-binary people who identify with the girl’s community ages 11-14, of all diverse backgrounds into our community with unconditional acceptance.
