Abdul Rauf Javid

Abdul Rauf Javid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development across the T&D and Renewable Energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at CHINT since April 2023, Javid focuses on expanding market presence in the MENA region while fostering key stakeholder relations and driving growth initiatives. Previously, as Country Head (India) at CHINT POWER SYSTEMS from October 2018 to September 2023, Javid managed marketing and sales operations, developed strategic plans, and led a dynamic team. Earlier roles include Head of Business Development at Continuum Energy Solutions, where responsibilities included formulating market strategies and executing key alliances, and Manager of Business Development at Bergen Solar Power & Energy Ltd, overseeing sales and consulting projects in the solar industry. Javid holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a BTech in Information Technology from Don Bosco Institute of Technology.
