Rebecca Bai has over 8 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Rebecca began their career in 2011 as a Guest Services Manager at the Sheraton Sanya Resort. In 2014, they moved to Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Guest Services Manager. In 2015, they became the Front Desk Manager at Marriott Hotels. Since 2018, they have been the Manager of Marketing at ZKT 直客通.

Rebecca Bai attended Xi'an International Studies University from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Education.
