Zhingalala is A Pesco-Vegetarian restaurant serving a variety of prawn, fish and vegetarian specialty dishes. Since its inception, Zhingalala has been credited with having served some authentic regional recipes, Asian and Carribean cuisines under the Fine Casual Dining and QSR verticals. 

Zhingalala's parent company is one of the pioneers in the shrimp farming industry in Gujarat. Our director Dr. Manoj. M. Sharma has played a vital role as a key architect of the "Blue Revolution" in Gujarat. 

Our company's vision for Zhingalala is to increase the domestic consumption of shrimp/prawns in India.  with this vision, Dr. Sharma initiated this concept serving mainly prawn specialty dishes. 

Zhingalala aims to expand its operation in cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru and PAN India. 

Zhingalala has been established as serving the finest cuisines showcasing the culinary culture of their respective regions, managing to garner impressive loyalty and immense popularity in a short span of time.
