At Zibol, we help recruitment agencies scale through pre-trained, offshore talent.

If you've ever hired a VA to save time, only to discover that training them takes more time, your billings actually drop and you're more stressed than ever... that's the exact problem we solve.

Most VA companies place generalists, who become your problem the moment they are placed.

Zibol places recruitment-trained VAs and provides the full end-to-end training and management of your employee, removing the headache entirely, while enabling you to scale your billings.

Why we exist:

Our Founders collectively hold 40+ years of recruitment experience, and have each built recruitment agencies of their own.

We learnt first-hand that hiring offshore talent sounds great on paper, but is so often met with slow processes, unpredictable outcomes and unnecessary risk.

So we asked ourselves one core question:

How do we help founders outsource 70-80% of their daily workload to offshore talent who can plug straight into a modern recruitment desk from day one?

That's how Zibol was born.

We work with recruitment agencies who are ready to scale with offshore talent that genuinely understands recruitment.
