David Debernardis

David DeBernardis is an experienced compliance and audit professional currently serving as Manager of Compliance & Audit at BCD Meetings & Events since December 2022. In this role, David oversees the review of client Master Service Agreements, conducts internal audits, and generates quarterly audit dashboards for management and clients. Prior to this, David held various positions at Coordinated Transportation Solutions, Inc., including Manager of Compliance & Internal Audit, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining compliance policies and responding to external audits. David's background also includes experience in materials control at Yale New Haven Health and event management at Shindig Lighting, LLC. David holds a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Connecticut.
