Diana Clemmensen

Diana Clemmensen, CPTD, serves as the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at BCD Meetings & Events since November 2018. Previously, Clemmensen held the position of Director of Learning at Hilton from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included renovating the Global Sales Learning & Development organization and collaborating with leaders to enhance the skills and performance of over 20,000 sales team members globally. Clemmensen's earlier career at Marriott International spanned 25 years, encompassing roles such as Senior Training Manager, where leadership of a team of instructional designers was pivotal in creating aligned learning programs, and Senior Training Project Manager, co-leading significant sales training initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership roles in sales and operations for various Marriott brands. Clemmensen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Northern Illinois University.
