Lauren Miller has a diverse background in patient engagement, healthcare, and program management. Currently serving as a Patient Engagement Manager for BCD Meetings & Events, Lauren delivers comprehensive patient services for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, managing multi-channel communication and logistics. Previous roles include Base Operations Shift Lead at Vail Resorts, Health Officer for Boy Scouts of America, and Licensed Practical Nurse across various healthcare settings. Lauren's experience also encompasses program management in non-profit environments, including work with Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and American Red Cross, where project coordination and community engagement were pivotal. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Decision Making from The Ohio State University and a Practical Nursing degree from Beckfield College.
