Manja Tassie

Manja Tassie has over 19 years of experience in HR and leadership positions. Manja is currently working at BCD Meetings & Events as the Senior Director of People & Culture for the EMEA region, where they are responsible for developing, deploying, and managing HR practices for multiple countries. Manja also leads the EMEA HR team and participates in global HR projects. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director and member of the leadership team at Heuschen & Schrouff Oriental Food, where they developed a strong HR strategy for employees in the Netherlands, Germany, and other European countries.
