Megan Baughman

Megan Baughman is an experienced event planning professional with a diverse background in managing and executing large-scale events. Currently serving as a Professional Education Meeting Planner at BCD Meetings & Events since July 2021 and as an Event Director for NEXT Events since November 2020, Megan has previously held significant roles including Event Manager at Emerald Expositions and ST Media Group, and multi-faceted positions at The National Society of Leadership and Success, where responsibilities included recruitment and logistics for conferences. Earlier career highlights also include managing special events for Monster Worldwide and program coordination for the University of Cincinnati. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the College of Mount St. Joseph.
