Blaze Aldrich is an experienced professional who has worked in various roles throughout their career. They began their career as an Assistant Manager at Hertz in 2013, before moving on to become an Operations Manager, responsible for managing multiple car rental branches within a region. In 2015, Blaze became a Sales Manager at State Farm, where they led a team of sales agents to exceed business objectives by setting ambitious sales targets, implementing innovative strategies, and deploying highly effective sales techniques. From 2018 to 2022, Blaze served as an Agency Owner at Goosehead Insurance Agency, where they orchestrated the successful launch and rapid growth of an Insurance Brokerage, achieving remarkable revenue exceeding $1 million. Blaze then strategically divested the business to pursue a role in Product Management.
