Annie Chang

Annie Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnership management and customer service within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Zicasso since August 2023, Annie previously held various roles at Zicasso, including Associate Director of Partnerships, where significant achievements included expanding the Partnerships team and driving substantial revenue growth. Prior to Zicasso, Annie worked at Enterprise Events Group as a Concierge Call Center Representative and at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in leadership positions, overseeing reservations and operational strategies. Annie's earlier career includes management roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree from De Anza College and further studies at San Jose State University.
