Aimy Nguyen

Aimy Nguyen is currently working as an HR Generalist at Zidan Management Group, Inc. Aimy has experience in recruitment, employee orientation, payroll documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Prior to their current role, Aimy worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Knowledge Services, where Aimy developed recruitment strategies and oversaw full life-cycle recruitment. Aimy also has experience as an English Second Language Teacher at ILA Vietnam, and as a Child Care Specialist at YMCA of Greater Indianapolis. Aimy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Marketing from the University of Indianapolis, and a TESOL certification from XploreAsia.
