Lilly Ohl is an experienced People & Culture Business Partner, currently working with the ZIEGERT Group since August 2022 and also serving as a mentor at The Mentoring Club gUG since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role at Expertlead where Lilly provided strategic and operational support to teams while leading the recruitment process and improving onboarding systems. Lilly has also contributed to organizational development and change management initiatives at Axel Springer National Media & Tech GmbH & Co. KG and Media Impact GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on cultural transformation and employee engagement. Previous roles in human resources at HelloFreshGO and ZIEGERT Bank- & Immobilienconsulting GmbH included managing recruitment processes and improving HR functions. Lilly Ohl holds a Master of Arts in Labour and Human Resources Management from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Sciences from Technische Universität Chemnitz.
