Koen Eersels

Koen Eersels is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior IT Engineer at Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg since February 2015, Koen is responsible for managing a server-based computing environment on Hyper-V, overseeing decentralized client/server management, and managing various security and database infrastructures. Koen has held managerial roles, including as a Teamlead at FOD Financiën, where responsibilities included guiding a team towards ensuring operational availability of middleware and server applications. Prior experience includes positions at PHILIPS, where Koen worked on industrial automation projects, and serving as a managing partner at EaSE BVBA.
