Amy Doyle Ellwood possesses extensive experience in client services and account management within the tech and marketing sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at Ziff Davis since September 2018, Amy leads operations across Account Management, Customer Success Management, Creative Services, and Customer Support for Campaigner and SMTP. Prior roles include Director of Client Services at the same organization, Global Head of Account Management & Services at J2 Global’s Martech division, and Client Services Manager at Communicator. With a background in strategic planning, client retention, and digital marketing, Amy has developed strong relationships with a diverse clientele. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University and a Diploma in Event Management & PR from Dublin Business School.
