Danielle Ricci

Danielle Ricci has over a decade of experience in customer support, currently serving as the Campaigner Customer Support Manager at Ziff Davis since January 2010. In this role, Danielle has advanced through the ranks, holding positions as Campaigner Customer Support Team Lead and Campaigner Support Specialist-Tier 3. Prior to Ziff Davis, Danielle worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys from 2009 to 2010. Danielle's educational background includes studies at St. Lawrence College, and a secondary education at St. Mary’s Secondary School, both completed in 2005.
