With a background in design thinking, Cosmo brings a fresh perspective to customer experience and value delivery. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience scaling and transforming technology companies for success in mainstream markets. Before joining Zift, he was the Vice President of Services at UberFlip Software. Cosmo is a foodie that likes to cook as well as eat! He also enjoys video production for storytelling, education, and social media, buying and never playing guitars, skiing, golfing, and walking.
