Joseph Mason de Martínez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joseph started their career in 2003 at Aastra, where they worked as a Senior Account Representative and later as a Senior Sales Support Analyst. After this, they worked as a Marketing Manager at bigInk PR & Marketing and as a Client Services Director at QuestCorp Media Group, Inc. Joseph then transitioned to a role as a Service Manager at Borders, where they worked for nearly four years. Following this, Joseph worked as a Manager at Cork Wines. In 2012, they volunteered as a Freelance English Tutor. Joseph later worked as an Account Manager at Marketing Advocate and as an Account Executive at Long Range Systems, LLC. Joseph's most recent work experience includes roles at Zift Solutions, where they started as a Channel Engagement Manager and eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they serve as the President of the Luma HOA Board at Luma Condominium Community.

Joseph Mason de Martínez completed their MBA in Global Business/International Marketing from The University of Dallas from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1993, they obtained a BA in Latin American Studies and International Economics from Trinity University. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Sigma Iota Epsilon - Sigma Zeta Chapter Member from The University of Dallas, which they obtained in August 2021.
