Michele Pezza

Michele Pezza has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michele has held various roles, starting with their work at Ministero della Difesa as an Obiettore di Coscienza from September 1996 to June 1997. Michele then worked at Cooperativa Servizi from July 1997 to March 2001, where they were involved in Personnel Administration. In April 2001, they joined Zignago Vetro as an HR Plant Manager until October 2008, after which they became the HR Group Director until December 2018. From March 2011, they served on the Board of Directors for Zignago Vetro Polska S.A. and Zignago Vetro France S.A.S., and in December 2019, they became a Board Member of the ESG Committee. In January 2019, they took on the role of General Manager at Zignago Vetro Polska S.A. Michele is currently serving as the Director of Operations Italy (COO) and Synergy Group Manager at Zignago Vetro. Alongside their positions at Zignago Vetro, Pezza has also worked as a Trainer at Scuderia Formazione di FiordiRisorse since March 2021. Additionally, they have been involved in various roles at Confindustria, including President and Vice President of the Empolese-Valdelsa Area and as a Board Member. Michele is currently a member of the General Council at Confindustria Firenze and serves as Vice President and Referente "Sistema Italia" at Confindustria Polonia.

Michele Pezza holds a Post Graduate Master's degree in Business and Strategic Management from Bologna, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science and Industrial Relations from the University of Firenze. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma di Maturità from Liceo scientifico - L. B. Alberti in Minturno.
