Sandeep Gupta

Sandeep Gupta is the founder and CEO of Zigtal. Sandeep has extensive experience in digital transformation, strategy, execution, adoption and realizing business benefits through collaborative and innovative models.

Prior to founding Zigtal, Sandeep was a contractor with the Department of Finance, where they worked on digital transformation, strategy, execution, adoption and realizing business benefits through collaborative and innovative models.

Previously, Sandeep worked as a Solution Architect - HR Payroll for SAP Australia Pty Ltd, where they led a team of 150 consultants. Sandeep devised, conceptualised and/or implemented strategic initiatives around positioning, process/system optimization, best practice definition, finding new ways to add business value through operational improvements and reducing costs.

During their time at SAP Australia Pty Ltd, Sandeep successfully implemented an integrated and robust payroll solution for Qld Health, delivered a strategy to build strong foundations addressing key business needs and quick results, and reduced TCI and TCO through simplifying a complex solution environment. Sandeep also developed and implemented a business model and processes to support simplification and reducing costs and strengthened collaboration with the business.

Sandeep Gupta has a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Roorkee. Sandeep also has certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing our Digital Future, The Open Group in Enterprise Architecture TOGAF 9, and PMP in PMP 2010.
