Emma Ayton

Emma Ayton is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at ZIGUP. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Sage, including Vice President of People Operations, Vice President People, and VP People/Talent Lead, Emma has demonstrated expertise in people management and organizational development. Previous positions include Lead Talent Business Partner and Resourcing Partner at The Co-op, HR Officer at Coca-Cola Enterprises, and various roles in the Personnel Department at Bells Stores. Emma Ayton holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Salford. Emma Ayton is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
