Jayson James Baltar

Jayson James Baltar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at ZigZag Offshoring since June 2018, Jayson previously held the title of Senior Android Developer and Team Lead at EnglishCentral, Inc., where responsibilities included managing an Android team, facilitating scrum meetings, and coordinating with various teams to enhance user experience. Prior experience at Jimac Incorporated included roles as R&D Supervisor, Senior Programmer/Team Lead, and Programmer, showcasing a strong background in managing multiple teams and projects, as well as expertise in C++, Delphi, Android/Java, and PHP. Jayson earned a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2010.
