Erica Wilhelmus-Meijers is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager Retail Benelux at Velder, a subsidiary of Friesland Campina, Erica holds P&L responsibility and leads a team of 9 managers while collaborating with various stakeholders. Previously, Erica spent nearly a decade at PepsiCo, where roles included Sales Manager Away From Home and Commercial Director Future Brands Benelux, contributing to substantial revenue growth and successful brand launches. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Erica has demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement throughout a diverse career that encompasses positions in both retail and marketing across various sectors.
