Matt Swirski

Matt Swirski is an experienced Senior Platform Engineer at Zilch, where responsibilities include technical ownership of significant projects, enhancing communication across teams, and delivering projects from requirements to deployment. With a diverse background in software engineering, Matt has also held positions such as Director and Software Engineer at The Tinker World, and Full Stack Software Engineer for the Ministry of Justice UK and Lloyds Banking Group. Additional experience encompasses roles at The Imaginarium Studios, Entuity, Caplin Systems, and others, spanning mid-level to senior engineering positions across various domains. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Digital Media Engineering from DTU and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
