Mark Cullen has extensive experience in marketing and customer experience, beginning as a Marketing Executive at Land Rover in 2000, where responsibilities included working across Rover and Land Rover brands in Ireland. Cullen served as a Consultant at Genesis Marketing & Communications Limited from 2002 to 2005, focusing on brand strategy and customer experience design. Following this, a role as Corporate Account Manager at QA Ltd occurred from 2000 to 2002, and as Organiser for the Customer Experience Conference at CX Ireland 14 from 2014 to 2016, which gathered customer experience professionals in Dublin. Cullen held the position of Director at W5 Marketing Intelligence from 2005 to 2012 and then became Principal at Panel Edge from 2012 to 2019, leading consulting practices to enhance voice of the customer programs. Currently, Mark Cullen is a Partner at Zill Consulting, continuing to influence the customer experience landscape.
