Dana Ward

Dana Ward has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. They worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Zilla Security from 2023. Prior to that, they spent over ten years at Cimpress, where they held various positions including Engineering Lead, Team Lead & Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. At Cimpress, Dana managed global teams, fostered collaboration and continued education, and emphasized diversity and inclusion in the hiring process. Before Cimpress, Dana worked as a Senior Software Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems, developing web services and implementing a continuous integration system. They also had experience as a Software Engineer at Harris Corporation and as a Webmaster at the University of Florida. Additionally, Dana had a summer internship at The Home Depot.

Dana Ward earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 2003. Dana then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the same university, completing their studies in 2008.
