Stephen oversees the catering division, Grandview Inn and Zilli Lake & Gardens along with other Zilli Hospitality Group exclusive venues. Stephen is committed to the continual development of all aspects of food and beverage, catering, customer service, presentation, quality control and training of management. Stephen also represents Zilli Hospitality Group providing keynote addresses to professional organizations and trade associations.
