Katy Fritz Cmp

Katy Fritz, CMP, has a diverse range of work experience in event management and operations. Katy started their career as an intern at TRACS in 2002 before moving on to work as a Marketing & Events Associate at Alliance Consulting Group from 2003 to 2007. Katy then joined Forrester Research as an Events Associate, where they managed program execution for multiple annual events and handled fiscal management tasks from 2007 to 2010. Following that, Katy worked as a Program Manager at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2010. Katy then joined George P Johnson as a Senior Event Operations Manager, where they excelled in managing top-tier events, handling fiscal management, client management, collaboration management, and leading a team from 2011 to 2016. Currently, Katy holds the role of Director, Global Events at Zilliant since 2016. In this role, they are responsible for operations management, fiscal management, and the execution of various events, with a focus on increasing attendance and achieving ROI.
