The CPA Back Office is Zillion’s client delivery engine. It is responsible for all live client work across Canada, the United States, and New Zealand, delivering bookkeeping, payroll and compliance services, Canadian tax (T1, T2, T3), and U.S. corporate and cross-border tax work.
Delivery teams operate within clearly defined review layers, including Delivery Managers, Senior tax professionals, Junior accountants and bookkeepers, and QA support. 

2. TAP — Tax Accelerator Program
Proprietary Capacity-Building Framework
TAP is Zillion’s proprietary capacity-building and delivery enablement framework. TAP functions as an internal system that identifies, builds, validates, and deploys professional capability in direct alignment with live client work and firm standards.
The framework focuses on the rigorous identification of high-potential talent and the continuous development of delivery capability, aligned with real client requirements, defined methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

3. Tax Technology — IP & AI Vertical
The Tax Technology vertical builds Zillion’s proprietary technology and automation layer. It develops AI-assisted systems for bookkeeping automation, categorisation, reconciliation, and workflow efficiency.
