Andrey Korotkov

CEO and Partner at Zillion Whales

Andrey Korotkov has extensive work experience in various roles in the gaming and software development industry. Andrey began their career as a QA Engineer at SKB Kontur, where they wrote automation scripts for testing and technical documentation. Andrey then worked as a Web Developer at CixSoft before joining UAGP as a Lead Software Developer, where they managed a small team and focused on geographic information and geodata visualization.

After that, Andrey co-founded DeeProSoft, where they served as CTO and managed a team of 12 people. Andrey was responsible for project management, programming, and the release of projects involving real-time 3D graphics, geoinformatics, augmented reality, automation, and web technologies.

In 2012, Andrey joined Wargaming.net as a Senior Software Engineer, working on game engine development and game logic. Andrey then worked at 2Nova Interactive as a Digital Producer, managing the production of interactive and gaming projects for renowned brands like Samsung, Intel, and McDonald's.

Andrey later founded Rapid Bricks, where they served as CTO and Founder, overseeing the production of mobile games and interactive installations. Andrey primarily collaborated with American gaming companies for outsource development.

Currently, Andrey is the CEO and Partner at Zillion Whales, where they are involved in strategic decision-making and managing the overall operations of the company. Andrey also worked as a Game Producer, responsible for Mushroom Wars game series production and publishing globally, including in China, with well-known games like Cut The Rope and Drag Racing.

Andrey Korotkov attended Ural State Technical University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a specialist degree in Software Engineering.
