Jennifer Simon M.A., CTTS, CSSC has worked in the healthcare industry since 2001. Jennifer began their career as a Career Services Training Coordinator at Nisar Health and Human Services in 2001. In 2003, they became a Clinical Health Coach at UPMC Health Plan. In 2007, they were hired as a Case Manager Specialist/Health Educator at Cigna Healthcare. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Smoking Cessation Specialist and Maternity Management Coach at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. In 2016, they also worked as a Health Coach and Smoking Cessation Specialist at beBetter Health, Inc. Since 2017, they have been employed at HealthFleet, where they have held the roles of Manager of Client Accounts, Client Account Manager, and Health Coach and Coach Lead.

Jennifer Simon has a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana PA, obtained between 1999 and 2001. Jennifer also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from PennWest Edinboro, obtained between 1995 and 1999. In 2016, Jennifer obtained a Certification in Tobacco Treatment Specialist from Duquesne University The Mylan School of Pharmacy. Additionally, they have a Certification as a Sleep Science Coach from Spencer Institute.
