Claudia is a Database and Systems guru in the gaming industry who pioneered casino database marketing and loyalty programs since the 80s. She serves as a judge for the Global Gaming Business Annual Gaming and Technology Awards (2003–2020), presented at G2E. She was honored as one of the Great Women in Gaming (2005) and was awarded the Casino Marketing & Technology Lifetime Achievement Award (2018).
